Solid Winner for Introductory Post-Graduate Courses in Education

This book has been really helpful to me and my students: it's practical and theoretical, and the contributors are among the best in their respective fields. Highly recommended for credential/licensing courses and master's-level courses in methods, ed foundations, even history of education. Serves as an excellent introduction and overview.
